Meridian Digital LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered SEO platform that automates technical audits, content creation, keyword research, rank tracking, and link-building outreach. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription & Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual plans: if you cancel before the end of your annual term, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Generate spam content or engage in manipulative SEO practices that violate search engine guidelines.
- Abuse scraping or data collection features beyond normal platform usage.
- Resell the service or provide it to third-party clients without an Agency plan.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Upload malicious content or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
AI-Generated Content
Our AI agents produce content drafts, audit recommendations, keyword strategies, and outreach templates. You should understand that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions, not guarantees of search engine rankings or traffic.
- We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic increase, or business outcome.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any content produced by the platform.
- Published content becomes your responsibility. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
Intellectual Property
Your content: you retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the platform, including AI-generated drafts that you approve and publish.
Our platform: Meridian owns the platform, its code, AI models, user interface, and all related intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform, not ownership of any part of it.
Data & Privacy
We take your data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, rankings, or data, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your account from your settings page or by emailing us.
- Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
- After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
